At least 15 killed including four journalists in Israeli strikes on Nasser hospital

At least 15 people, including four journalists, died in Israeli air strikes on Gaza's Nasser Hospital. This attack occurred on Monday, according to Palestinian health officials. Among those killed according to AP was cameraman Hussam al-Masri, a Reuters contractor, Mariam Dagga a freelancer journalist for AP, Mohammed Salam, journalist for Al Jazeera and journalist Moaz Abu Taha.

More than 240 Palestinian journalists have been killed since the conflict escalated on October 7, 2023. Witnesses reported that a second strike hit as rescuers and journalists arrived at the initial site.

The Israeli military has not commented on the strikes. The attack marks another tragic event amid ongoing violence in the region.
