Protests erupt at migrant hotels in UK over the government's asylum policies

Mass protests erupted outside migrant hotels in cities including Birmingham and London over the weekend. Demonstrators expressed anger over the government's asylum policies. In Birmingham, some protesters hung flags outside the Castle Bromwich Holiday Inn. Similar protests occurred across Dudley, Epping, Manchester, and Norwich.

Over 30 rallies occurred nationwide on Saturday, with reports of arrests in Bristol, Liverpool, and Horley. Protesters, notably a group known as the 'Pink Ladies,' highlighted concerns about women's safety. Community groups are pushing for the closure of specific hotels housing asylum seekers.
