SUMMARY

German authorities have identified all members of the group responsible for the September 2022 Nord Stream pipeline explosions. Investigators named seven suspects, with arrest warrants issued for six Ukrainian nationals. The seventh suspect reportedly died in December 2024 during fighting in eastern Ukraine.

The group included a skipper, a coordinator, a bomb expert, and four divers who traveled to the Baltic Sea on the yacht Andromeda. One diver allegedly sought to attack another Russian gas pipeline before joining the group.

Suspicions arise that the group may have received assistance from Ukrainian authorities.
