SUMMARY

ICG Plc plans to buy three regional airports in England for about £200 million ($264 million).

The investment firm will acquire Bournemouth, Exeter, and Norwich airports from Rigby Group.

A formal agreement is expected to be signed later this month.

This move follows a recent acquisition by Canada’s Public Sector Pension Investment Board, which purchased AGS Airports.

Ferrovial SE and Macquarie Asset Management were the sellers in that deal.

Ferrovial also sold its remaining stake in Heathrow Airport to Ardian earlier this year.
